"This is amazing!" exclaims Chloe Dufresne, on a hot air balloon ride along with daughter Emilia, 8. Chloe and her family were chosen at ramdom for a free balloon ride by pilot Doug Roberston, from Kentuky, at the International Hot Air Balloon festival in St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.
